About Ashlynn

I’m the CEO of Flip N’ Out, born and raised in Greensboro, North Carolina. I began my dance journey at the age of 5, starting with ballet before transitioning into tap and jazz. My tumbling career began in 2nd grade at Tumblebees, where I traveled with the competition team. I continued tumbling until 7th grade, at which point I shifted focus to dancing with the drumline, where I also learned flag and baton twirling.

In high school, I fully immersed myself in the world of band and majorettes, participating in field routines, parades, and much more. In 2020, I had the honor of becoming the captain of my high school dance team. I am also proud to have been the former captain of the Golden Delight Auxiliary Squad and a dedicated member of the Blue & Gold Marching Machine at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. I had the opportunity to travel, network, and perform alongside renowned artists such as Chloe Bailey.

My passion for dance runs deep, and I am equally dedicated to helping others find their creative expression through movement. Family is incredibly important to me, and I cherish spending quality time with my loved ones.

Mission

At Flip N' Out with Ashlynn, we are dedicated to fostering a passion for movement and self-expression through dynamic dance experiences. Our mission is to create a welcoming, empowering environment where dancers of all ages and skill levels can build confidence, improve technique, and unleash their full potential. Through expert instruction, creative choreography, and a supportive community, we inspire our students to flip, leap, and dance their way to success, both on and off the stage.
