By participating in any dance or tumbling session with Flip N Out, I acknowledge and understand that physical activities may involve inherent risks of injury. I voluntarily agree to assume full responsibility for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during my participation. I further agree to release and hold harmless Flip N Out, its instructors, and staff from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from my participation in these sessions. This waiver applies to all current and future sessions unless otherwise stated in writing. By booking below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this waiver.
